1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Online Learning Resource Center (OLRC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

The OLRC is intended for use by enrolled students, faculty, and authorized personnel of Colegio San Agustin – Biñan. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the OLRC for academic purposes only.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.
• Do not upload inappropriate or plagiarized content.
• Report system issues or misuse immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All OLRC content is owned by Colegio San Agustin – Biñan or its respective authors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell materials without authorization.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Sharing login credentials
• Using bots or automated tools
• Hacking or modifying the system
• Uploading viruses or malicious content
• Harassing or impersonating other users

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the system.

7. Data Privacy

User data is collected and handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. See our Data Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Availability of Service

We strive to ensure continuous platform availability, but maintenance or unexpected downtimes may occur.

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
